Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, labs, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity;
Monitor access control points such as lobbies, gates, and loading areas, verifying credentials and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site procedures;
Complete routine reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and shift pass-downs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or the client point of contact
