Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail shopping location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, disputes, and/or policy violations and escalating per post orders;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, service halls, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or hazards and reporting concerns per site protocols;
Complete required reports and documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift summaries, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives
