Security Officer - Part Time Perimeter Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access control concerns.;
Monitor access points and property activity, verifying credentials and/or directing visitors and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete timely reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs, and escalate unusual activity, hazards, or policy issues through the established chain of communication.
