** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications and resources as needed from the dispatch post.

+ Monitor and manage incoming calls, alarms, and communications, dispatching security-related personnel and resources as appropriate.

+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all incidents, dispatches, and communications in accordance with site requirements.

+ Assist in coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

+ Support security-related operations by providing timely and accurate information to field personnel and management.

+ Help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a strong presence and awareness through monitoring of surveillance systems and communication channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
