Eagles Point Security is hiring Hotel Security Officers for full-time and part-time overnight shifts at hotel properties in the San Diego area. This role is ideal for officers who take pride in professionalism, clear communication, and detailed documentation while maintaining a calm, authoritative presence.

Hotel Security Officer Locations:
San Diego (Mission Valley)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Part-Time Overnight (Graveyard) Shifts

10pm-6am

Pay Rate:$18.00/hour- $19.00/hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a high-visibility security presence within a hotel environment

Conduct frequent foot patrols of guest areas, parking lot, and common spaces

Interact professionally with hotel guests, staff, and management while providing excellent customer service

Enforce hotel policies with tact, confidence, and professionalism

Identify, address, and remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals in a calm, lawful, and assertive manner

Respond promptly to disturbances, guest complaints, safety concerns, or suspicious activity

Monitor access points and ensure compliance with property rules

Utilize mobile reporting software and checkpoint scanning systems

Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes

Communicate effectively with hotel management and operations teams

Requirements:

Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
Hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing security experience strongly preferred

Minimum 1 year of security experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
Ability to write thorough, detailed, and professional reports

Reliable transportation and working smartphone required

Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Professional appearance, demeanor, and strong situational awareness

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
