Daytime Lobby Security Officer Full-Time |
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Are you looking for a stable daytime position with a professional work environment? We are hiring a Daytime Lobby Security Officer to join our team and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in customer service, and can remain attentive and confident in a security-focused role.

• Welcome and assist visitors with check-in, , and badge issuance using our digital sign-in system.
• Monitor access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the building and screen bags when needed.
• Conduct property patrols to maintain visibility, deter unwanted activity, and respond quickly to anything unusual.
• Act as the point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with police, fire, or medical services and assisting with evacuations.
• Write clear and accurate incident reports when documenting safety concerns or unusual activity.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and supporting employees and guests.

• Someone professional, friendly, and reliable
• Strong communicator with great customer service skills
• Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Previous security or lobby/concierge experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to start on January 1, 2026
