Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Are you looking for a stable Monday–Friday position with daytime hours and a professional work environment? We are hiring a Daytime Lobby Security Officer to join our team and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in customer service, and can remain attentive and confident in a security-focused role.
WhatYou’ll Do
Welcome and assist visitors with check-in, , and badge issuance using our digital sign-in system.
Monitor access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the building and screen bags when needed.
Conduct property patrols to maintain visibility, deter unwanted activity, and respond quickly to anything unusual.
Act as the point of contact during emergencies, coordinating with police, fire, or medical services and assisting with evacuations.
Write clear and accurate incident reports when documenting safety concerns or unusual activity.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and supporting employees and guests.
Who We’re Looking ForSomeone professional, friendly, and reliable
Strong communicator with great customer service skills
Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
Previous security or lobby/concierge experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to start on January 1, 2026
