As a Security Officer – Flex Commercial Real Estate located in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, such as Commercial Real Estate. You will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. You’ll conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter security-related incidents, and deliver excellent customer service while communicating clearly with all individuals on site.

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Observe and report any unusual activity and/or potential threats to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, helping to deter unauthorized access.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management staff.
- Support property management with security-related requests and/or concerns as needed.
