Unarmed Security Officer (San Diego, CA)

Eagles Point Security is actively hiring Unarmed Security Officers for both full-time and part-time overnight shifts in San Diego CA.Join a team where integrity, accountability, and excellence aren’t just words — they’re how we operate every day.

Unarmed Security Officer
Location:
San Diego, CAType:
Full-Time & Part-time
Shifts:
Graveyard shifts (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $17.25 – $19.00/hr. (based on experience)
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior
Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff
Requirements:
Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)1 year of security experience preferred
Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required. Strong written and verbal communication in English is required
Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
