Eagles Point Security, California’s fastest-growing security company, is expanding again and we’re looking for an experienced, professional Night Field Supervisor to join our leadership team in San Diego. Field Supervisor (Night Shift)

Location:

San Diego, CAType:
Full-Time ( 4 and 5 day schedules)
Shift

Hours:

9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (2100–0500)
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr (Based on experience, qualifications and licenses)
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the security industry (required)
Previous patrol or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Valid BSIS Guard Card (required)
Firearm permit and own weapon for armed candidates (required for armed rate)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills

Availability to work nights and weekends as needed

Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

Must be fluent in English – written and verbal

Core Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
Manage night operations across assigned client sites in the absence of daytime leadership

Performance Evaluations:
Conduct field evaluations, check post activity, and ensure officers are performing to standard

Training & Mentoring:
Train officers on post duties, client expectations, and company protocols

Post Checks:
Coordinate with dispatch to conduct timely and thorough post checks throughout the shift

Shift Coverage Support:
Respond to call-offs and ensure shift coverage with support from the dispatch team Client Communication:
Serve as a professional point of contact overnight; escalate client concerns as needed

Report Writing:
Provide detailed shift reports, incident documentation, and officer evaluations

Post Support:
Occasionally stand post when open shifts cannot be immediately covered

Setting the Standard:

As a Field Supervisor, you represent the frontline leadership of Eagles Point Security. You’ll work hand-in-hand with dispatch, officers, and account managers to uphold our service standards, strengthen our workforce, and ensure client satisfaction, all during critical overnight hours. Your leadership sets the tone for excellence and reliability company wide.
