System Analyst IV – Battelle

Battelle has been providing research, development, test and evaluation services in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives defense for over 60 years. The Senior System Analyst will work with the Capability Program Executive (CPE) Joint Project Lead (JPL) for CBRN integration to advance the enterprise information management system that underpins CBRN threat warning, hazard prediction, and decision‑support capabilities.

• Lead the project team to design, develop, and implement computer‑based information systems.
• Perform complex systems design and analysis.
• Ensure functional needs are met by preparing specifications, design documentation, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of software.
• Provide technical advice to staff and train less experienced members.
• Build and maintain effective client/user relationships for assigned projects.
• Ensure completion of projects within time and budget constraints.
• Coordinate activities with other team leads, CIT staff, and laboratory personnel as needed.
• Continuously maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Management Information, with at least eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• DoD Secret security clearance (current or in process).

Over 15 years of experience in program analysis and acquisition management; support of agile software development, product road‑maps, backlog grooming, and technical documentation reviews; expertise in cyber software assurance and transitioning capabilities; proficiency with JIRA, Git Lab, and MS Project.
