The Safety & Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property. This role involves proactive patrolling, monitoring, and responding to incidents while delivering exceptional guest service.

• Patrol the property to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues and protect all hotel assets.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems for suspicious activity.
• Report and document all incidents accurately in incident reports.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies on property and administer first aid/CPR as necessary.
• Assist guests with room access issues, including key assists.
• Assist with luggage assistance requests as needed.
• Initiate and follow up on investigations of crimes committed against property and persons.
• Deliver requested items to guest rooms in a timely manner.
• Assist with other duties as directed by the Assistant Director of Operations or Director of Operations.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.50/hr.

• Previous hotel security experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
