• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits.
• Support management by following all post orders and instructions related to security needs.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration for qualified applications with criminal histories, consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
