We're seeking a Corporate Security Manager (N America, LATAM, & EMEA) (Official

Title:

Manager, Corporate Security ) for our San Diego-based office, who will be responsible for the safety and security of SHEIN personnel, assets, and facilities. The candidate in this opportunity will operate in compliance with established policies and SLAs across all aspects of the security operating framework.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for building and managing a high-performing corporate security team across North America, LATAM and EMEA regions, ensuring alignment with company goals and regional needs.
  • Accountable for ensuring adherence to global corporate security policies and driving the local implementation of access control and surveillance standards in offices and warehouse locations.
  • Lead efforts to implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across access and surveillance systems to promote secure, scalable access.
  • Oversee monitoring tools that provide real-time insight into system health and availability, ensuring visibility through dashboarding and reporting to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Defines and differentiates security roles across corporate security and loss prevention, ensuring responsibilities are clearly understood and aligned with global expectations.
  • Hosts regular check-ins and strategy sessions with corporate staff, loss prevention personnel and others to ensure consistent communication and coordination of efforts across regions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of security processes, system performance, and incidents.
  • Delivers regular reports with key metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to policy compliance, system uptime, and team effectiveness, using them to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Applies corporate security standards across different types of environments, adapting for unique requirements in both office and warehouse settings without compromising global consistency.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for translating global corporate security initiatives into actionable, region-specific plans, ensuring gap closure, compliance and practicality.
  • Knowledgeable in local laws and regulations that could impact SHEIN’s security posture.
  • Identify gaps in our infrastructure, and work with business partners to improve the company security posture.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate Security Incident Reports (SIR), for security incidents that occur; maintain an archive of SIR’s for statistics and department audits.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement and other local security as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operational performance, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality, seamless customer service.
Job Requirements
  • Able to write and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Criminal Justice or equivalent Security related field of study is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Strong working and practical knowledge related to the investigative field or data loss prevention
  • Experience with managing a security team
  • Must have experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and managing work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates.
