The RoleAs a Field Marketing & Appointment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners. Your mission isn’t to close the sale on the spot — it’s to open the door to opportunity by starting conversations, building trust, and setting confirmed appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do- Knock doors and connect with 100+ homeowners daily.
- Share information on upgrades like roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping.
- Build rapport and generate qualified, confirmed appointments for sales reps.
- Take part in team training and continuously sharpen your skills.
- $24/hour base pay + uncapped commission + bonuses
