Seeking a highly motivated and personable Cosmetic Surgery Sales Consultant to join our La Jolla, California practice, offering a dynamic environment and the opportunity to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. We are a leading cosmetic surgery practice in La Jolla, California committed to providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities- Patient Interaction:
Conduct initial consultations with potential patients, assessing their needs and expectations for cosmetic procedures - Sales & Closing:
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and procedures, guiding patients towards the best solutions for their goals, and closing sales - Relationship Building:
Establish strong, positive relationships with patients, building trust and rapport to foster long-term patient loyalty - Patient Coordination:
Manage patient schedules, coordinate pre and post-operative care, and serve as a primary point of contact for patients - Sales Goals:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the practice - Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of our range of cosmetic prodecres and treatment - Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, staff and other consultants to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
- Experience:
Proven experience in sales, preferable in a medical or aesthetic setting - Personality:
Outgoing, positive and empathetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Sales
Skills:
Strong ability to build rapport, identify needs and close sales - Organization:
Excellent organizational and time management skills - Professionalism:
Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor - Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or relevant certifications preferred
