AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance, including a base pay rate of $19.00 per hour and high‑volume commission opportunities. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

You will lease apartments at Mariner's Cove
, our 500‑unit community near the beach in San Diego, CA
, in the Point Loma area.

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow‑up with active prospects and scheduling and conducting tours.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and regulations.

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability during office hours, typically Tuesday‑Saturday, 10:00am‑6:30pm (hours may vary).
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
