Position: Sr. Prin. Vascular Therapy Development Rep (Sales) - Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive adoption of new vascular therapies through training, education, and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet account development targets and market share growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and medical staff
  • Educate customers on new products and features to ensure effective usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate market intelligence and meet operational targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 12+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 10+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
  • Proven track record in sales and developing new accounts
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience selling medical devices or therapies in hospital/OR settings
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving market penetration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Business
  • Deep knowledge of operating room and hospital protocols
  • Consistent top-tier performance, including recognition in sales achievements
