This is a face-to-face, outside sales role—no desk job. You’ll meet business owners and managers, introduce our staffing services, and build lasting relationships. After you secure a new client, you’ll manage the account and ensure their satisfaction with our service.

• Outreach in the community to meet businesses and present staffing solutions.
• Build rapport with new contacts daily and turn conversations into clients.
• Manage the accounts you bring in to ensure excellent service and retention.
• Work independently, stay organized, and keep your pipeline full.
• Represent our brand with positivity and enthusiasm at all times.

• Bubbly, outgoing personality—people love talking to you.
• High energy, confidence, and persistence.
• No sales experience required—just willingness to learn and work hard.
• Resilience to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be out and about daily).
