We're a dynamic and rapidly growing company based in the UTC mall offices of La Jolla, California, and we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to fuel growth in the private medical practice sector. This is a full-time, onsite role perfect for a results-oriented individual who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and make connections.
What You'll Be Doing- Build and maintain strong relationships nationwide (no territory restrictions) with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of our solutions effectively, tailoring your approach to individual client needs.
- Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to successful close.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Aggressively prospect and generate new business through proactive cold calling and outreach to private medical practices.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- 5+ years of demonstrable success in a sales role, ideally with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
- A history of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven experience in high-volume cold calling and outbound sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A tenacious and self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Ring Central, Google Cloud, and using target lists for cold calling campaigns
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Medical Industries
- Previous experience in digital marketing sales or sales to the medical industry.
