Dealer Account Manager – Remote (Field)

Westlake Financial, the largest privately held auto‑finance company in the United States, is expanding its dealer partner portfolio and looks for a motivated Dealer Account Manager to support and grow relationships across the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and train dealer partners on the Westlake Program, financing options, and funding requirements.
  • Identify sales prospects, develop new dealer contacts, and maintain the assigned dealer base.
  • Provide consultative sales support, including restructuring vehicle loans and troubleshooting compliance issues.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials for dealer management teams.
  • Schedule and conduct field visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings with dealers.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in automotive finance or sales (required).
  • 1–2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advertising, sales promotion techniques, and dealer‑related software (Dealer Track, Route One, or CUDL).
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable traveling locally.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to market‑assigned dealer locations.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Target first‑year income: $60,000 – $130,000 (base + commissions).
  • Performance‑based compensation with no commission limits.
  • Monthly vehicle mileage reimbursement (average $450).
