Job DescriptionAlmco Plumbing is thrilled to announce a career opportunity for a motivated professional in our Sales division. The Outside Sales Sewer and Drain role is full‑time, non‑remote and involves working closely with potential and existing clients to provide tailored solutions in sewer, drain, and epoxy lining repair and replacement.
This role requires a dynamic, growth‑driven individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment and is passionate about building professional relationships that support our core values and strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities by tapping into potential customer networks and analyzing market trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Conduct on‑site or virtual presentations to educate prospective clients on our services.
- Navigate customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services in a consultative manner.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes that align with customer needs and company sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet client service requirements efficiently.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build lasting professional relationships.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and enhance the company’s visibility.
- Document and report sales activities and results for senior management to provide insights into customer needs and competitive positioning.
- Maintain expertise on market conditions and trends that can affect sales in the sewer, drain, and epoxy lining sectors.
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within the sewer, drain, or epoxy lining industries or related fields.
- Strong ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the company’s values and services.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, preferably with direct hands‑on experience from lead generation to deal closure.
