Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Diego, CA, for a Sales Development Representative. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects via phone or email, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating the CRM database, understanding customer needs, and providing initial information about Kipu's services.

The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business growth and build a strong client base.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects and developing relationships
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and managing client outreach
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and goal-driven attitude
  • Organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple prospects and tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
