This is a full‑time remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for leveraging Bankers Life's resources to consult with clients on life insurance and retirement solutions tailored to their needs. Key responsibilities include building strong and lasting client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The role will demand proactive communication, ongoing learning, and adaptation to market trends.
Qualifications- Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to identify and address client needs effectively
- Proven ability in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Self‑motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with life insurance and retirement solutions is an asset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
