Lytx, Inc. – Senior Key Account Executive Mid-Market

Location: Remote – USA

Key Account Managers (KAM) are the drivers of our Mid-Market Sales team. You will be responsible for expansions, cross‑selling, and renewals. You will partner with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and upgrade enterprise clients to our newest hardware and solutions.

You’ll Get To:
  • Identify expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities within the mid‑market client base.
  • Partner with the KAM enterprise team to close existing enterprise customer upgrades.
  • Conduct multiple Zoom/Teams meetings daily and travel as needed to educate clients.
  • Create proposals and negotiate contract renewals with upgrade plans.
  • Demonstrate how our products create value and align resources for client success.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Technical Support, Billing, and Order Management to solve problems.
  • Own complex sales cycles >6 months and sell to multiple decision makers.
  • Prepare and align cross‑functional support to influence and win deals.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns and incorporate feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS sales or relevant industry experience.
  • Sales DNA to outperform quotas and close deals.
  • Outstanding relationship building strategies with clients and cross‑functional teams.
  • A strong drive and a "can‑do" attitude.
  • Excellent organization managing a portfolio of enterprise customers at various buying stages.
  • A passion for continuous learning and optimizing existing processes.
  • A self‑reliant attitude and recommendation skills for leadership.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving in a fast‑growing company.
  • Experience organizing and managing multiple account assignments in a high‑volume environment.
  • Previous experience solving problems requiring cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience in the telematics industry or related SaaS solutions (commercial transportation) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%).

This role is paid a flat rate of $ plus an incentive compensation plan.
