The RoleThe Sales Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our sales organization. Working directly with the CEO and closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators
, this role ensures that our sales engine runs smoothly, accurately, and at scale.
You’ll own Hub Spot pipeline hygiene
, sales process documentation
, sales inventory
, and sales enablement systems
, while supporting showcases, menus, partnerships, and key marketing initiatives that drive revenue across all markets.

Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain Hub Spot CRM accuracy
, including pipelines, deal stages, required fields, and reporting - Ensure consistent pipeline updates, forecasting, and visibility for leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards, workflows, and automations to support the sales team
- Partner with sales to improve follow-up, handoffs, and process adherence
- Create, maintain, and organize Sales SOPs
, playbooks, and training documentation - Standardize processes for lead handling, proposals, follow-ups, and handoffs
- Maintain and update sales templates (proposals, decks, menus, one-pagers)
- Manage sales and showcase inventory
, including branded materials and promo items - Coordinate shipping and logistics for showcases, client gifts, and sales presentations
- Track inventory levels, vendors, and reorder timelines to support 50+ markets
- Support planning and execution of quarterly virtual showcases and bi-annual in-person showcases
- Coordinate calendars, materials, promo items, and follow-up tracking
- Assist CEO with menu of services updates
, partnership discussions, and vendor research - Support multiple weekly sales presentations using Fit City materials and menus
- Collaborate with marketing on sales-driven campaigns
, enewsletters, and website updates - Ensure sales content is current, accurate, and aligned with pipeline goals
- Support CRM-driven outreach, segmentation, and reporting
- Assist with promotional appearances, panels, PR opportunities, and sponsorship tracking as needed
- Hub Spot – Sales pipeline tracking, CRM management, reporting
- Panda Doc – Proposal creation and template management
- – Project and task management
- – Social coordination (support role)
- Canva / ChatGPT – Sales enablement and documentation support
- 5–10+ years in sales operations, sales support, or sales roles within hospitality, events, DMCs, hotels, or experiential brands
- Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM
- Experience creating processes, SOPs, and training documentation
- Comfortable managing logistics, inventory, and timelines
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for wellness, experiences, and human connection
- Experience supporting teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Southern California event industry a plus; national expansion experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting sales showcases or events
- Obsession with tools, efficiency, and improving systems
- Involvement in industry organizations such as SITE, MPI, or ILEA
