Job Summary

Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).

Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area, setting appointments, running scheduled appointments, uncovering needs, and presenting Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid‑sized businesses. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new clients
  • Maintain client records in the CRM system, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant details
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check
  • Residence within the job posting area
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Incentive‑driven sales “hunter”
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face conversations

  • Available to be in the field at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior B2B sales experience
  • Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or Hub Spot

Compensation and Benefits
  • This is a W2 position. Medical, dental, life, and disability benefits are provided.
  • First‑year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity if in the top 25%.
  • 401(k) with matching program available.
  • State‑specific benefits (Nevada and Colorado).
