Account Executive - Real Estate Investment Lending; Fix & Flip RLT On Site, San Diego CA

Compensation:
Base salary plus unlimited commission, annual range: $48,000 - $350,000 (You control your earnings).

Note: Don t have Real Estate lending experience? We ll train you and we provide LEADS.

• Build and manage relationships with real estate investors and property professionals
• Learn how to structure and present financing options for Fix & Flip and RLT projects
• Prospect and generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Guide clients through every step of the loan process - from first conversation to closing
• Collaborate with our experienced lending team to deliver exceptional service and fast results

You may have experience in sales, real estate, lending, or customer-facing roles — or you re ready to make the jump into a career that rewards results and relationship-building. We ll teach you the technical side; you bring the drive and communication skills.

• At least one year of successful sales or client relationship experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Interest or background in real estate, Fix & Flip, property management, or construction
• Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
