Follow up on inbound leads, schedule showings, and develop relationships with buyers and sellers. Conduct strategy sessions with buyers and sellers to win buyer representation agreements and listing agreements. Manage your pipeline daily utilizing our CRM and follow-up systems — stay in touch with clients who are ready to transact in the next 90 days, and consistently add value to long-term nurture clients.
Conduct negotiations, visual inspections, walk-throughs, and closings.
- Average first-year agents open their first escrow within 60 days or less of starting onboarding
