CompensationBase pay $28.00 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities.
- Average Canvass Managers earn an additional $1,500 - $3,000 monthly in bonus.
- Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus.
- Dynamic Leadership:
Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals. - Recruitment:
Seek top talent, conduct phone screening & interviews to build a strong team. - Mentorship:
Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to ensure continuous performance improvement. - Build Rapport:
Establish & maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions. - Deliver Compelling Pitches:
Confidently communicate the benefits & features of the products DaBella offers. - Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet & exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas. - Hit the Pavement:
Be prepared to walk & stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods. - Field Navigation:
Safely operate a company-provided van, hold a valid driver’s license & clean record. - Complete all entry‑level canvasser training as part of onboarding.
