This position requires you to reside in California or be willing to relocate to San Diego, CA.

Compensation includes:

• Commissions & overrides paid daily
• Monthly & annual bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Implement sales and marketing plans within the specified market
• Recruit, train, and maintain agents in the market
• Maintain good relationships with client funeral homes and agents
• Achieve minimum monthly production targets
