What You’ll Do- Develop your business plan which drives sales growth and market share.
- Build, manage, and motivate a network of lighting sales agents across the Western region, ensuring alignment with Cooper Lighting’s strategic and revenue goals.
- Analyze regional market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to shape regional sales strategies and product positioning.
- Be the advocate of 3D in your region, pushing the marketing program to increase awareness and conversion.
- Leverage relation with specific Signify market organizations to get fast absorption of digitally manufactured applications.
- Educate (train & coach) Sales & Marketing and create ambassadors in Market organizations.
- Drive specification and acceptance of 3D printed products among architects, lighting designers, and engineers.
- Represent Cooper Prentalux at events, sales meetings and customer visits globally.
- Responsible for pricing on deal level to realize optimal value creation.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial organization, preferably in new business environment, sales and marketing.
- Preferable experience in startup and/or IT/telco/high tech environments.
- Bachelor/University degree preferably in Business administration / business economics / marketing.
- Thrives on working in highly dynamic and uncertain environments.
- Can translate high tech possibilities into understandable benefits for the right customer.
- Understands the sales cycle at corporate customers and the eco system around them.

Salary: $105,000 - $155,000 Base Annually
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
