We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Independent Manufacturer’s Representative to promote and market our products to dealers, designers, and end-users within the Orange County / San Diego territory. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, enjoys design, and driving sales growth.

• Represent multiple company’s product lines to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, designers, clients and industry partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with manufacturers to take care of client needs.
• Monthly forecast reports for manufacturers
• Weekly activity emails
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably as a manufacturer’s representative or in a related B2B role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the contract interiors market is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
