Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle
, driving new logo acquisition as well as growth within existing accounts
, and collaborating closely with marketing to generate demand and leads.

• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Drive new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast accurately.
• Participate in strategic account planning and contribute to team sales goals.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record selling to SMB and Commercial clients

• Experience working with partners or technologies such as Service Now, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or similar
  .
• Comfortable in both hunter (new business development) and farmer (account growth) roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  .
• Strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.
• English proficiency is required.
• OTE: $167,000 – $178,750 USD (base salary + commissions, negotiable).
