Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and understand competitive markets
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
  • Drive revenue achievement and customer growth through various channels, including contractors and panel shops
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and sales strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, particularly with surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading inside and outside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the U.S. and Canada, including overnight trips
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
  • Strong value-based selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Familiarity with engineering workshops and application-based selling techniques
  • Ability to navigate construction project sites
