Sales Development Representative
This role is part of Click Up’s mission to build the future of work. Click Up is a converged AI workspace that unifies tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search to help teams break free from silos, reclaim time, and unlock new productivity levels.
Base pay range$65,000.00 / yr – $65,000.00 / yr
The Role- Engage with our free user base to identify new opportunities for paid accounts.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, cold emails, social touches).
- Qualify inbound leads and introduce Click Up.
- Represent Click Up’s brand at the start of the customer research journey.
- Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base.
- Serve as a product specialist on Click Up products and services.
- Work in a hybrid position in San Diego, CA or Dallas‑Fort‑Worth, TX.
- 1–2 years of relevant outbound sales experience or a strong passion for sales as a primary career focus.
- A proven track record of consistently hitting targets.
- Persuasive self‑starter with excellent listening skills, accountability, and cross‑functional communication.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
- Customer empathy and genuine curiosity about prospects’ needs.
