Sales Associate - STRIDE Fitness Carmel Mountain Ranch

Availability:
Must include at least one weekend day and early mornings as early as 5:30 AM

Compensation: 18 to 20 dollars per hour base pay plus uncapped commission

As a Sales Associate, you are the first impression of STRIDE Carmel Mountain Ranch. This is a high energy, front facing role focused on growing memberships and creating lasting connections. You will engage with prospects, deliver an exceptional studio experience, and help expand our community of motivated walkers, joggers, and runners.

• Sales and Membership Growth
  • Make 50 or more outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries
  • Conduct studio tours that highlight our brand and culture
  • Present and sell memberships and class packages with confidence
  • Overcome objections with professionalism and empathy
  • Upsell retail products and services to enhance the member journey
• Client Experience and Operations
  • Greet and assist clients with check ins, bookings, and questions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
  • Support daily operations and partner with the coaching team
  • Use CRM systems such as Club Ready to track leads and manage follow ups
• Marketing and Community Engagement
  • Participate in referral programs, studio promotions, and local events
  • Contribute to grassroots marketing campaigns that drive awareness
  • Represent STRIDE as a brand ambassador inside and outside the studio

• One or more years of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership based sales
• Comfortable with high volume outbound calls and meeting sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, tech savvy, and goal driven
• Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement
• Able to work early mornings as early as 5:30 AM and at least one weekend day
