Tribe Coffee is growing — and we’re looking for a driven B2B sales and event-marketing professional to help expand our footprint across San Diego and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. You’ll be responsible for selling Tribe Coffee’s mobile café experience to corporate clients, brands, gyms, offices, and large-scale events, while building long-term partnerships that fuel recurring revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO- Sell Tribe Coffee’s mobile café services to corporate clients, offices, gyms, wellness brands, festivals, and private events.
- Prospect and secure vendor placements at festivals, markets, sporting events, and high-traffic community activations.
- Conduct outbound B2B outreach via email, phone, DM, and in-person networking.
- Pitch customized coffee experiences tailored to client needs, budgets, and event goals.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, brand partners, property managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth execution of booked events.
- Assist with on-site coordination for key clients or high-value events when needed.
- Identify partnership opportunities that drive repeat bookings and long-term contracts.
- You’re confident selling to businesses, brands, and decision-makers.
- You’re proactive, organized, and motivated by closing deals and hitting targets.
- You’re comfortable representing a brand in professional and social environments.
- You understand event timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- You’re independent, resourceful, and able to manage your own pipeline.
- You’re energized by growth, relationships, and results.
- Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or event marketing preferred.
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in-person.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
- Local to San Diego (or willing to travel locally for meetings and events).
- Passion for coffee, culture, wellness, or community-driven brands is a plus.
- Base + commission (or commission-only — flexible based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses for large bookings and long-term partnerships
