Your Role

As the B2B Sales Representative
, your mission will be to drive new business development by identifying and nurturing B2B client relationships. You will help companies craft custom gift and incentive programs that reflect their brand’s culture and goals. Through a consultative sales process, you’ll become a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development
    :
    Identify and engage potential B2B clients that align with our ideal customer profile. Build relationships with decision‑makers and close sales.
  • Tailored Solutions
    :
    Craft unique, branded gift programs that exceed client expectations, leveraging our core product offerings and customization options to suggest products and services that meet their needs.
  • Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with the founder and graphic designer to develop compelling presentations, quotes, and proposals that win business.
  • Client Relationships
    :
    Maintain ongoing relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying future opportunities. Alert clients to new products and services that may be of interest.
  • Sales Process Management
    :
    Record client interactions and manage sales activities using Salesforce and our proprietary quoting software to track progress and follow through on commitments.
  • Post‑Sale Success
    :
    Ensure smooth transitions from sales to production team and shipping while maintaining ongoing communication with clients, resolve any issues that may arise post‑sale to guarantee satisfaction.
