This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will drive sales, manage client relationships and meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, strategic cross sells, conducting product demonstrations and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sales
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
