Account Executive, Group Sales

• Retain, grow and acquire group ticket sales through calls, appointments, and at local events.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly overall sales and revenue goals.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all.
• Grow and maintain group outing base.
• Lead informative sessions on group outings.
• Energetically build new relationships by self-prospecting, cold calling, and effective campaign management.
• Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing collaborative relationships with all team members.
• Attend all San Diego Wave FC home games and contribute to all in-game sales related activities.
• Attend community events.
• Other duties assigned as business needs evolve.

• 1 year of sports ticket sales experience or 2 years of general sales experience.
• Ability to balance work between office, stadium, and offsite events; will need to travel locally.
• Operate with high integrity and bring a solution-oriented mindset to the role.
• Excellent communication skills, to listen to fan needs and close deals.

This role is hourly base compensation of $21/hr - $24/hr + commission and bonuses.
