In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our esteemed National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores in the Mission Valley, CA area. Engage customers in conversations regarding heating and cooling enhancements, air quality enhancements, energy conservation, and the benefits we offer. Your primary task is to generate leads for free, in-home consultations or promote home performance tune-ups. Our proficient industry experts will handle the rest!

We'll equip you with the necessary training. This is an excellent opportunity to get into the sales and trades industry and grow your career!

We offer

• $20/per hour plus commission, paid weekly
• Part-time - 25 hours a week, Thursday – Sunday
• Hours may vary but typical hours are 10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What do you need

• Ability to work independently within partner retail environments
• Willingness to speak with customers and provide details on our products and services
• Sales/customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work weekends
• All candidates must undergo pre-employment screenings
