Understands the facility operation including product flow, sorting, operating the register, auctions, dock area, and provides excellent customer service. Processes various recycling materials per our guidelines.

• Accurately handle purchases of merchandise by following the Cash Handling Policy and abide by the Bin Labeling Procedure to determine quality and price of merchandise.
• Assist in the movement of product to ensure efficient product flow, including loading/unloading containers and trucks.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and enhancing their shopping experience; direct complaints to management promptly.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, parking lot, and facility to be clean, safe, organized, and support housekeeping duties.
• Assist in conducting auctions, tracking the board, door verification process, sorting goods per company guidelines, and setting up the sales floor.
• Assist customers with donations and issue donation receipts.
• Safeguard company property, including donated goods, and report incidents to management promptly.
• Follow daily assignments and department priorities to ensure productivity.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed.
• Support the 4DX process within the organization and development through active participation.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

No previous experience needed.

Must be able to operate a computerized register.

Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
