Position Overview:Seasonal Selling Associate
The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while exhibiting a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

- On the sales floor: Drive store sales by personally selling to customers; proactively engage with customers and respond to cues; help customers find the right bra fit; convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
- Cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience; reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage add-on purchases; manage cash wrap and go-backs
- Processing and Replenishment: Process merchandise to floor readiness; maintain back room and under-stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to ensure product is on the sales floor; assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock issues
- Floorset Activity: Execute floorset tasks proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with back room and under stock maintenance
- Drive top-line store sales and grow the business
- Focus on bras as the premier product differentiator
- Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures
- Recover and replenish merchandise
- Adhere to visual merchandising standards
- Assist with housekeeping and report maintenance issues
- Build awareness and skills in loss prevention
- Support store strategy to reduce shrink
- Provide a safe working environment

- Role requires ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
