WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Drive Results:
Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast‑paced environment. Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends to help the store achieve key goals in sales, customer acquisition and service. - Customer/Hospitality Driven:
Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices to build customer relationships. - Inspiring People Leadership:
Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training. - Excellence in Operational Execution:
Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory, cash processes) and create a safe, healthy environment for employees and customers. - Collaborative Team Player:
Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships, thrive in a collaborative team setting, and champion innovative ideas.
- You have 2+ years experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high‑volume retail environment.
- You have patience for day‑to‑day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot.
- You have effective communication, time management and analytical skills.
- You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
