We work with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and provide in‑store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Bluemercury, and more. The Brand Specialist will productively support Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers, achieve sales targets in an assigned market, cultivate relationships, and drive brand awareness. The role reports to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on the market and is a fluctuating, part‑time opportunity with a work schedule varying monthly based on brand needs and distance willing to travel.

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

• Minimum 2 years of beauty retail experience
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in‑store retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Capable of motivating others and working as part of a team
• Available on weekends
• Beauty savvy and able to represent a polished and professional company image
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
