The Salvation Army (TSA) Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a no‑fee program that helps men and women complete our rehabilitation program. The organization depends on the diligence and devotion of its employees.

• Select high‑value merchandise located at ARC Center to sell on the e‑commerce platform and supply physical stores with a steady supply of collectible merchandise.
• Test items to confirm functionality or authenticity prior to posting (e.g., electronics, jewelry).
• Use third‑party research software, such as Terapeak, and listing/shipping software, including Sure Done and Ship Station.
• Handle photography of items for sale to be displayed on the auction website.
• Provide phone and email customer support in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all orders with customers in real time.
• Meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets determined by the Supervisor.
• Partner with the District Sales Manager, E-Commerce Specialist Associate, and team members in the day‑to‑day operation of the e‑commerce business.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competency in the required skill area, as indicated by verifiable training and/or experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow both written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects, and move heavy objects such as household and office furniture, packages, and all other bulk items.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management and the employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage. Full‑time associates may be scheduled to work any full‑time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Salvation Army will comply with all governmental orders and any contractual obligations related to COVID‑19 safety measures, including mandatory vaccination of staff if required. The Salvation Army will consider requests for exemptions from any such requirements on either religious or medical grounds when available.
