Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a high-quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving store performance through customer experience and daily sales.

• Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12–16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.
• Hours may increase during peak times.

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction.
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness.
• Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance.
• Poise & ambition, multi‑tasking, applied learning, work ethic.
• Omni‑channel services.

Hourly rate: $21.00 per hour (range $21.00–$21.00). The rate may be modified in the future.
