The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product‑focused sales culture where core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. The role supports a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.
Functional Responsibilities Operational Excellence- Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor, and reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
- Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store‑to‑store transfers and locate requests timely.
- Process visual packet materials, props and signage promptly, and store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. appropriately.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, as directed.
- Support Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards through strong operational processes that support an omni‑channel experience.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
- Seek personal developmental opportunities and actively solicit feedback.
- Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptable to technology provided by the company.
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
- Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and product placement techniques desirable.
- Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear/communicate with headset.
- Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) required.
- Constant walking/standing – 67–100% of an 8‑hour shift.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. – 1–33% of an 8‑hour shift.
- Frequent climbing – 34–66% of an 8‑hour shift.
Wage range: $17.75 – $22.20 per hour, based on individual qualifications.
