We're seeking a dynamic, skincare-obsessed Market Specialist to drive brand awareness and Sephora sales while supporting in-store education and events. This role (30-35 hours per week) focuses on managing a small segment of Sephora doors in emerging territories. We are seeking (3) Market Specialists, one for each of the following markets:
San Diego Seattle, and Boston.

This position requires work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays. The compensation is $32/hour with mileage reimbursement provided. Must be local to the area. Target start date of January 5, 2026.

• Drive store sales within territory to meet both personal and territory sales goals.
• Educate Sephora store teams on INNBEAUTY Project skincare and brand story.
• Fully understand and follow Sephora’s business model and culture.
• Plan and execute in-store trainings and special events to support brand launches and marketing calendar.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store-level personnel to maximize brand partnerships and build brand love.
• Manage inventory at store level in accordance with Sephora’s operational procedures, obtaining and acting on assortment cycle count reporting when necessary.
• Identify and communicate merchandising and assortment opportunities to the operations team.
• Manage and adhere to expense budgets, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of expense reports.
• Strategically build store visit and events calendar via Sephora’s booking system.
• Review and analyze weekly sales reports to ensure targets are met.
• Hire and maintain productive freelance team to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely submission of weekly recaps and any operational reporting needed.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in prestige beauty and/or retail sales at Sephora required
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic mentor and trainer.
• Charismatic with strong negotiation skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented and demonstrate leadership abilities while working independently.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite and professional email etiquette.
